
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Work
All work is performed in accordance with the written estimate. Any changes require written approval and may affect price and timeline.
2. Payment
Payment terms are defined in each project’s contract and are typically tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in additional charges and may delay project progress.
3. Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and materials. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, alteration, or third-party work.
4. Permits & Inspections
Where applicable, WestVolt Electrical pulls permits and schedules required inspections. Permit fees may be billed at cost.
5. Liability
WestVolt Electrical is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for pre existing conditions or work performed by others.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
